ACTIVE OUTREACH

Once we have our sponsors and venue secure, it is time to start active retail outreach. Our end game is to get as many companies as possible stoked on Budtender training. At the very least, we want them to be our friends and sign up for our newsletter. 

TO REACH OUT ONLINE

If the area has already been canvased by an SSC Ambassador it saves you a lot of work. All you have to do is let us know when you are ready and we will send the following outreach email to everyone on the list:

“Hello (____)

Just wanted to drop you a line to let you know that Sativa Science Club, will be swinging back through your neighborhood for a FREE budtender training. This is your opportunity to become Safe Certified!

SOCIAL MEDIA SHOUT OUTS 

After the above email has gone out to every retail business in the area, we will post an event invite on our official social media account. In this invitation, we will let the industry know that we are hosting a FREE training and how they can RSVP. We will then tag all of our sponsors and the businesses in your outreach area. This will kick off a series of promotional posts across all social media channels.

If we have not established a presence in the immediate area, you will need to put your SSC Advocate hat on. Follow the link below to SSC Advocate training. 

 

SSC ADVOCATE TRAINING

Be sure to follow each one of these steps in your own folder until you have successfully made contact with each business in the area and extended an open invitation to attend SSC-Safe rather than host a Terp-Table.
