Discover the four 'Ps' of training and gain a practical, how-to overview of every step in the process. Through modeling of best practices utilizing the latest techniques in training delivery, new trainers will depart with complex critical training and data tracking skills while veteran trainers will be introduced to new approaches specific to the cannabis industry.

Week 1: Picking Up Steam
So, what exactly are we working with? Over the first week, we are going to take a very close look at your current numbers in order to discern the true value of training implementation. We will then get a feel for your current employee education baseline to better track long-term growth.
Weeks 2 & 3: Purpose & Assessment
Over weeks two and three we will participate in a series of exercises and hands-on assessments to determine exactly where your team needs the most support and exactly what components of training you will need to develop or outsource. This includes active outreach both internally and externally by way of questionnaire and survey!
Weeks 4 & 5: Planning & Preparation
Weeks four and five are all about preparation; together we will learn how to examine the data collected over weeks one through three and sketch out an ideal action plan moving forward. This is where we will look at both free and paid resources available to the cannabis industry nationwide, and decide what kinds of training you can cover in-house versus who you could be bringing in to lend a hand and if it is worth your money. We will also specify success metrics and decide exactly how we intend to utilize them to improve the existing training program over time.
Weeks 6 & 7: Presentation & Facilitation
Here we will discuss the finer details of execution. In what order should your training roll out? How can you ensure your employees are holding up their end of the bargain? How will you know if the training ‘takes’? Are there any surefire tools you can add to your arsenal? Find out all of this and more over weeks six and seven. By the time we are done here we will have drafted a comprehensive training program complete with SOP’s, we will know our metrics for success, and have a well thought out preparedness pitch for your stakeholders.
Weeks 8 & 9: Performance & Evaluation
By this portion of our Train the Trainer series, you will be ready to launch your initiative and watch it thrive. From here, it is critical to focus on those numbers. Over weeks eight and nine we will learn how to examine your metrics for trends and growth patterns and determine exactly when and how to execute any necessary adjustments.
Week 10: Pack It-Up & Plan-Ahead
For our last week together we will take a look back at your original assessment from week one to see just how far we’ve come. We’ll determine if there are any remaining holes to address and decide how and when it is time to come back to any of these steps in the process to improve upon our pre-existing platform.
