C4 Consumption Methods

Cohort 4

Edibles, topicals, flowers oh my! In this course, we take a look at the ways we consume Cannabis, how they work, and why they make us feel so different. We’ll also explore popular Cannabis products and discuss the most appropriate applications for each type of product.

  • Module One: Smoking, Vaporizing and Ingesting Cannabis

    • The purpose of this course is to better understand the different consumption methods regarding Cannabis consumption. Together, we will explore the mechanisms of smoking, vaporizing and ingesting Cannabis. We will uncover the ways in which the compounds are absorbed by the body and how, if at all, the consumption method influences the overall experience. We will discuss potential pros and cons of smoking, vaporizing and ingesting Cannabis. This learning module will lay the foundation for the final course in the Consumption Methods series, “Tools to Choose the Right Products”.

  • Module Two: Mucosal and Topical Applications of Cannabis

    • The purpose of this course is to better understand the mucosal and topical applications of  Cannabis. We will explore the mechanisms of mucosal and topical applications and uncover the ways in which the compounds are absorbed by the body and how the consumption method influences the overall experience. This learning module, coupled with the prior learning module, will lay the foundation for the final course in the Consumption Methods series, “Tools to Choose the Right Products”.

  • Module Three: Cannabis Products and How They’re Made

We will take a detailed look at all of the Cannabis products on the market and correlate them to desired experience. We will also discuss what products to recommend for common medical concerns and how to avoid discomfort when trying a new product.
